Returns and Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we do not except returns and refunds for some items including panties, one pieces, hosiery and items which are sold only as a set. So please choose carefully.

Exchanges and Store Credits

For items that are not included in the list above, we offer exchanges or store credits, provided that the purchased items meet all the criteria’s listed below.

1. Items are sent back to us within 14 days (including weekends) of receiving your items. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

2. Sewn-in Garment tags are still attached and items are unworn, unwashed, unstained and in its original clear poly bag.

3. You are able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

Faulty Items
If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please drop us an email. We will either provide you with store credit or resend you the correct item, shipping fee will be waived.
